On September 23, the 5th Capixaba Maintenance Seminar took place, one of the largest technical events on maintenance in Espírito Santo, held by Sindifer with the support of SEBRAE, SESI and SENAI. According to Sindifer, around 150 industry professionals were present, in addition to exhibitors and speakers from major players in the sector, such as Vale, ArcelorMittal, Suzano, Willlift, Crosby and El Direct.
The main objective of the event was to promote the exchange of learning and debate in favor of best practices in knowledge and solutions, including technical information and successful cases. Where, as a consultant, I represented ArcelorMittal speaking about complex lifting for the fourth battery of Coke.
Leonardo Cereza, president of Sindifer, also highlighted the relevance of the theme “Lifting loads in industrial maintenance” for the industry. In addition, the Regional Director of Senai ES and Superintendent of Sesi ES, Cláudio Marcassa, highlighted that every day new job openings are offered by the industry, but for positions and functions that require qualification, and that Senai ES continues to have a strong presence and commitment to support the industry.
